At Dream Eraa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 14 working days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.

• Before sending any product back, customers must contact us on WhatsApp and share clear pictures of the product.

Non-Returnable Cases

• If a customer claims an issue after 3 days of delivery, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Products without prior approval on WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

• Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
